Foram reveladas nesta terça-feira (26) as indicações ao Video Music Awards 2016, a premiação mais importante da televisão americana a consagrar clipes lançados anualmente.

Neste ano, Beyoncé é a líder aparecendo em 11 categorias, com o sucesso "Formation", "Hold Up", e o curta-metragem "LEMONADE". Adele vem logo em seguida, com 8 indicações graças ao hit "Hello".

Drake, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande e Rihanna também ganharam várias nomeações; até o polêmico vídeo de "Famous (Feat. Rihanna & Swizz Beats)", de Kanye West, aparece na categoria "Clipe do Ano".

O "VMA" 2016 vai ao ar na televisão americana em 28 de agosto.
